Despite the tendency to take our cues from political, religious, cultural, and other iconic leaders, a revolution in conscious is afoot. Its momentum is fueled, in large part, by clear evidence that an inordinate number of these scions of the status quo have sold their leadership birthright in exchange for an honorary place-setting at the table of special interests. Consequently, the revolution that holds the promise of the change and transformation we seek must begin with personal evolution - or with the renewing of each of our minds. Though this much anticipated shift in consciousness has begun and is gaining steam, the successful grounding and administration of its higher tenets requires our conscious, deliberate and affirmative input.

Cosmically, we've concluded the era deemed the "in-form-ation age." Hopefully - as a time of research, insight and discovery - you utilized it to ground yourself in the truth of your reason for being on earth at this time. If so, you are poised to embark the "transformation age," enrolled as a lightworker, or as a dispeller of the darkness that always precipitates the dawning of a new era. Assuming the lightworker's mantle requires a commitment to consciously raising our vibration (the energies we emit in thought, feeling, word, and deed) above the levels that are commonly elicited from and demonstrated by the world mind. These shifts in our behavior - from political, social and economic divisiveness to human solidarity - are the much-needed and cosmically required "seed investments" that will trigger the accelerated, conscious cultivation of our humanity. When enough of us embark this path, the underlying dynamic of an awakened humanity will transform our world.
